Once the project has been confirmed and the advance payment has been received, our team begins allocating resources, conducting research, planning strategies, and executing the agreed services. As our services involve the investment of professional expertise, time, manpower, technology, and operational resources, all payments made to Anttech Digital Marketing Agency are considered non-refundable after the commencement of work.
Anttech and its team perform all assigned tasks with sincerity, professional diligence, and industry best practices, utilizing their experience and expertise to achieve the objectives of the project. However, digital marketing, search engine optimization, advertising performance, lead generation, social media growth, website traffic, and business outcomes are influenced by numerous external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, customer behavior, platform policies, and algorithm changes. Therefore, while we strive to deliver the highest quality of service, we do not guarantee specific results unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
By confirming a project and making the advance payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refund, whether partial or full, shall be applicable after the commencement of work, irrespective of project status, performance expectations, change of business plans, or discontinuation of services by the client.
Any exception to this policy shall be solely at the discretion of Anttech Digital Marketing Agency and must be approved in writing by the management.
